The Opportunity
This is a focused, high-impact role. You will be responsible for managing a high-velocity sales pipeline, working directly with HVAC contractors to demonstrate our value and close new business. If you are a methodical closer who designs and executes a structured process and is driven by performance-based pay, this is your opportunity.
Grow Revenue
Manage the end-to-end sales process for our HVAC contractor market.
Drive Expert Demos
Deliver tailored and persuasive product demonstrations that resonate with the needs of our contractor audience.
Operate with Discipline
Maintain an immaculate sales process. Work the CRM to ensure precise tracking and relentless follow-up on all leads.
Deliver Results
Collaborate with our CRO to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
About You
If you are a disciplined closer who designs and executes a structured process and is driven by performance-based pay, this is your opportunity.
Methodical Closer
2+ yrs closing deals in a B2B SaaS environment or comparable experience.
Industry Savvy
You know how to talk to HVAC contractors and understand their business pain points.
Resourceful & Independent
You excel in a remote setting and take ownership of your pipeline and results.
Results-Driven
Highly motivated by a compensation plan with a big performance upside.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the residential HVAC business and experience working with contractors
  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably in software, fintech, or OEM HVAC equipment
  • Experience managing or contributing to the design of CRM and sales operation systems
  • Technically savvy with excellent data management and automation skills
  • This is an AI Native, AI first startup. A moderate to advanced understanding of AI applications is a must
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation & Benefits
Incentive Pay
$65k base salary with uncapped bonus potential; Expected OTE of $120k+.
